Let PHP handle cookies with cURL

I needed to create a PHP script which could handle cookies. I tried it with the socket function already included in PHP, but the “powers” are very limited. So I googled a bit, and finally found a PHP lib called “cURL” (which can be found here) Check it out, it is very powerfull and is very easy to use.

I found another good script called “dompdf”, which was even easier to use than HTML2ps. You can find dompdf here.

Within the package there is a demo index file, which shows you some excellent examples. Enjoy

I needed to dynamically generate PDF documents. I did not want to pay for libs, so I searched for some good freeware script. I found “Html2PS” done in PHP (some of you will know the perl script) It worked like a charm, and the fact that it supports CSS makes it a superb tool!

I was surfing the web, searching for an easy and good looking tradelink script, which checks the sites automaticly on a predefinied interval.

I found AXSLinks, an easy to install script, which features autochecking and instantly adds the links to your site. This becomes handy for new site owners, to get some traffic fast!

Free Screen Recorder/Tutorial Tool

For some Projects, it’s very useful to have a tutorial with some nice pictures and videos. Most of the Screenrecorders were kinda expensive and not so easy to use, this one here is freeware, and very flexible. Pretty good thing, so go Check it out (Wink 2.0) It’s available for both windows and linux (x86 only, though)

FLV Player MOD for phpBB2

Another fine mod. This time you can play every .flv Video in your phpBB2 Forum. Again I used the free flv player from tradebit.com for this one.

The installation is pretty easy, and should be done in about 5 minutes.

Yeah that’s right, I did some coding work for tradebit.com today, and created a WordPress PlugIn that will use the free tradebit.com flv-player to stream your video files!
